Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet all shoppers with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and identifying replenishment needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
