Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing cycle counts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, hours of operation, and store policies.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS software.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
