Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Provide product knowledge and style advice to help customers find their perfect look.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
