Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in product training to stay current on outdoor gear trends and features
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and moving merchandise
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts

- 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
