Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale system.
- Organize and merchandise products on the sales floor to maintain a premium presentation.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and price changes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
