Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, window displays, and inventory organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor fitting rooms and assist with returns/exchanges per company policy
- Participate in inventory counts and shipment processing
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
