Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise, stock, and visually arrange displays to maximize sales appeal
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the retail floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
