Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are presented attractively and available for purchase.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
- Organize the sales floor and fitting rooms to maintain high standards of store cleanliness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach location.
