Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns

- Assist in store opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security protocols
- Participate in seasonal promotions and sales events to drive revenue
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
