Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection inquiries
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise
- Stock shelves and process incoming deliveries following company protocols
- Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Uphold store cleanliness standards throughout all operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation
