Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support store operations by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
