Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and floor organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges
- Participate in store events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
