Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting, organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand experience
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS transactions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail with visual merchandising standards
