- Manage inventory including stock rotation, replenishment, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and organized displays
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends preferred
