Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and styling expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing store environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/returns
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs
- Participate in store events and promotional campaigns
- Adhere to all safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
