Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's premium image.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of sales floor displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales targets and cross-sell relevant products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
