Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing merchandise, folding, and ensuring the store is pristine.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and routine cycle counts.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
