Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store is always visually appealing and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute store promotions and sales events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems is preferred.
