Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to all shoppers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding pricing and availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for POS systems.
