Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives to create compelling displays
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization

- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in product training and brand initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and trends
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oregon work permit if applicable
- Availability to work 15-25 hours weekly
- Knowledge of Portland's fashion scene a plus
