Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with current trends and brand standards.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, tagging merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Store Operations: Help set up and tear down promotional displays and event setups.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold company policies and represent the Urban Chic brand with integrity and style.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset is essential.
