- Flexible Hours: Adhere to your assigned shifts while maintaining high-quality performance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web browsers and email clients.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
