- Coordinate office calendar and meeting room reservations using Microsoft Outlook
- Assist with vendor relations and procurement of office supplies
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding documentation
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure all equipment functions optimally
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on office logistics and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
