Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and answering incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, distribute packages, and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Scheduling & Calendar: Assist in managing the daily schedule of executives, including booking appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and update internal databases using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and promptly order or replenish necessary supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new scheduling software quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Organization: Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
