- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, answer the phone professionally, and manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and presentable.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette and route them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records with high accuracy.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from visitors and clients promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Inventory: Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
