Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and appointment scheduling.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records and databases using our management software.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
