- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for team members.
- Research: Conduct basic market research and compile weekly reports.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office tasks such as filing, invoicing, and expense reports.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for weekend escalations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a set number of hours.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
