Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and guests.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Screen and route emails and correspondence to appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to optimize team availability.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-office role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
