Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages or route inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the reception area, and maintain the lobby in pristine condition.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the company calendar efficiently.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks, file documents, and update client databases with high attention to detail.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and delivery services, managing sign-ins and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Demeanor: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
