Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing packages.
- Perform light data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room logistics.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or in person with a focus on problem resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office.
