Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and handling phone systems
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for 15+ team members
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance standards
- Support administrative functions like ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
