Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and vendors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone, screen and route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery to staff.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in pristine condition, ensuring it is organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting rooms as needed.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the office is fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
