Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and message routing
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized reception area with professional appearance and supplies
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Coordinate office services and order supplies as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience required
