Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing and visitor greeting
- Coordinate mail distribution and package handling for 50+ employees
- Maintain office calendar scheduling and meeting room coordination
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with administrative team on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required
