Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting clients, answering multi-line phone system, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain attorney calendars using advanced scheduling software
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous attention to detail
- Process administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and data entry into case management systems
- Assist with office inventory management and supply procurement
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting support for office equipment
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and conference room scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
