Responsibilities
- Answer and professionally manage incoming calls and emails.
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk schedule, including meeting room bookings and appointment reminders.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
