Responsibilities
- Professionally greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Manage multi-line phone system and handle incoming/outgoing communications
- Coordinate mail distribution and package shipments
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Perform light clerical duties including data entry and document filing
- Support office inventory management and supply replenishment
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
