- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous attention
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Support special events and high-profile client visits with seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-end receptionist or concierge experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and polished phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
