Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software functionality and usability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs using our issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not disrupt existing functionality.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Provide clear, concise feedback on test results and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest anomalies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web browsers and operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule.
