Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves during quiet periods.
- Ensure the security and organization of the sales floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
