Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and material handling equipment to move, locate, and place merchandise within the warehouse.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Load and unload trailers safely, verifying shipping documents and quantities against delivery receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in sorting, labeling, and staging materials for the next shift or shipping.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
