Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in WMS system
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and documentation compliance
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Support inventory audits and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
