Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work 4-8 hour shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
