Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to Chandler, AZ facility
