Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and scan incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders for same-day e-commerce fulfillment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse scanners safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly KPIs
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work area cleanliness
- Document discrepancies and escalate operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 3+ night shifts/week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
