Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting
- Adhere strictly to HSE protocols and safe manual handling practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Manual handling certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week (6pm-2am)
- Valid in-house equipment operation certification
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
