Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and efficient material flow
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Complete daily warehouse reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (primarily 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
