Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately process inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following 5S standards
- Inspect and pack shipments to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
