- Monitor and manage incoming technical support tickets during overnight hours.
- Provide remote troubleshooting assistance via chat and email to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Update and maintain accurate customer databases and service records.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy and adherence to quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting common software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during quiet night hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
