Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- System Monitoring: Monitor server health and alert systems to ensure 24/7 operational stability.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve IT tickets in the helpdesk system within established SLAs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and incident reports.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift team members during handover periods.
- Customer Service: Deliver a professional and empathetic experience to all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently without direct supervision.
